Yes! Our sauces are made with fresh, cold-pressed ingredients and contain no artificial preservatives. Please keep them chilled at all times to maintain peak Bitchiness.

Is Bitchin' Sauce vegan and gluten-free?

Absolutely. All of our sauces are 100% plant-based, vegan, and certified gluten-free. We use a base of premium almonds to achieve our signature creamy texture.

How do you ship perishable food items?

We ship our sauces in insulated liners with non-toxic ice packs. We typically ship via expedited services early in the week to ensure your order arrives cold and fresh at your doorstep.

What is the shelf life of the sauce?

Unopened containers are good until the 'Best By' date printed on the lid, usually several weeks from production. Once opened, we recommend enjoying your sauce within 7-10 days.

Can I freeze Bitchin' Sauce?

While it is safe to freeze, we don't recommend it. Freezing can cause the natural oils to separate and alter the creamy consistency that makes our sauce so special.

What should I do if my order arrives warm?

If your sauce arrives warm to the touch or the ice packs are completely melted, please contact our support team immediately with your order number for a replacement or refund.
